Slave Lake
The Continuing Care Community Networking Event was held at Northern Lakes College's Slave Lake Campus on April 3, 2012. The event was organized and coordinated by Sandra Woodhead Lyons (ICCER), Lars Hallstrom (ACSRC), Julia Melnyk (Northern Lakes College), Donna Dube (Northern Lakes College), Allyson Goyette (Northern Lakes College) and Patricia Bacon (AHS).
Attendees included representatives from Slave Lake, High Prairie and other communities in the Northern Lakes College catchment area. Also attending were representatives from Alberta Health & Wellness, Alberta Seniors & Community Supports, the University of Alberta, and NorQuest College.
